Geographical distribution of SARS-Covid-19 in Punjab
Objective: Investigation of geographical distribution of SARS-Covid-19 in Punjab/Pakistan.
Hypothesis: Geographic differences in incidence and prevalence of disease resulted from regional differences in socio-economic demographics
AIM 1: Determine if viruses isolated from different regions of Punjab have different genotypes.
AIM 2: Determine the role of bacterial colonization in susceptibility to Covid-19 infections
AIM 3: Examine the social, cultural and behavioral context underpinning the continues existence of the virus by deploying a combination of qualitative and quantitative methods entailing in-depth interviews, participant observation and KAP surveys.
