Mr. Kamran Khan is part of the Adjunct Faculty at Salman Dawood School of Business (SDSB), LUMS. He is part of the civil service of Pakistan carrying 12 years of diverse experience serving at various tiers of policy implementation and governance. He remained associated with World Bank funded Punjab Education Sector Reforms Program. He has served in the departments of Finance, Communication & Works, Services & General Administration, Higher Education and Housing and Urban Development Department. Mr.
Kamran is a Chevening Scholar and received his postgraduate degree in Development Studies from London School of Economics and Political Science. His areas of interest include Public Policy, Devolved Governance, Evidence based Policy Analysis, Sustainable Development and Public Sector Reforms. He is a SECP certified Director and BCURE (Building Capacity to Use Research Evidence) practitioner from Harvard Kennedy School. He has also attended the course on Changing Mindsets in Public Institutions to Implement 2030 SDG Agenda by UN Department of Economic & Social Affairs. His teaching methodology is grounded in the practical realm employing case study method to deconstruct intricate concepts in a simplified manner.
