Faaria Khan is an academic and human rights professional with a research background that lies at the intersection of State Documents, Human Rights, Religious Minorities in South Asia, Education and Political Parties in Pakistan. She has completed her Bachelors in Political Science and Management from the Lahore School of Economics and her Masters is in Peace and Conflict Studies from the Otto-von-Guericke University Magdeburg, Germany.

She has also worked as a Research Associate at the Centre for Social Justice Pakistan where she led projects including Strengthening Networks and Minorities Leadership Development Program and, continues to volunteer with the organization. She has also taught a variety of undergraduate courses under the umbrella of Political Science and International Relations at the Lahore School of Economics as Visiting Faculty for over three years.

Faaria currently teaches Pakistan Studies to undergraduate students at LUMS as Teaching Fellow at the MGHSS.

  • A Qualitative and Quantitative Analysis report on pledges pertaining to minorities made by seven political parties of Pakistan in the Election Years 2008, 2013 and 2018.
