We are excited to extend our heartfelt congratulations to Dr. Farah Said for being appointed as the Executive Director of MHRC.

Dr. Said is an Assistant Professor at the Department of Economics, MGSHSS and has been serving as the Associate Director of MHRC since May 2023. She is also an Associate Fellow at the Institute of Development and Economic Alternatives (IDEAS) and a Research Fellow at the Centre for Economic Research in Pakistan (CERP) Previously, she was a Stephan Klasen Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the Georg-August-Universität Göttingen, a Research Fellow at the Centre for Research in Economics and Business (CREB) and an Assistant Professor at the Lahore School of Economics.

We are confident that Dr. Farah will bring valuable insights, leadership, and exceptional expertise to our centre.
