Badar is a seasoned entrepreneur and technology leader, driving digital transformation in Pakistan. He co-founded Fishry.com, an e-commerce platform, and Bramerz, an AI-augmented digital media and marketing company. As the first person-on-the-ground in Pakistan for Google, Facebook (Meta), and Twitter (X) for over a decade, he played a pivotal role in their regional growth. Badar further contributes by training executives in digital transformation, e-commerce, and digital marketing strategy at various institutions, including REDC at LUMS. He also serves as an Executive-in-Residence (EIR) for the MS Technology Management & Entrepreneurship (MS-TME) program at SDSB, LUMS, and is a founding board member and active mentor at numerous startup incubators and accelerators.

As a driving force in Pakistan's digital ecosystem, Badar's leadership extends to serving as the elected Chairman of the Pakistan Software Houses Association (P@SHA) and convening the 2022 Asia Pacific ICT Association (APICTA) Awards. With over 25 years of experience, including roles at SMEDA, ASUSTeK, and Nishat Textiles, Badar brings a wealth of expertise, underpinned by his Master's in Economics & Management from the Lahore School of Economics (LSE).
